Starting 75 soft tomorrow!

I meant to start this challenge on January 1st, but I couldn't. I'm officially starting tomorrow. These are the rules:

📖 read ten pages a day (of any book)

💧 drink 3 L of water daily

🏃 exercise every day with one day of active recovery

🥗 follow personalized diet rules (be as healthy as you can)

Try to do it 75 days straight

Please comment any other diet rules that I can follow or if you want to join me even if it's in the middle of my 75 days or to wish luck 🍀

I'll try to post every day to keep myself accountable.

This challenge isn't just about physical changes; it's a holistic approach to building better habits and a stronger mindset. I want to make it super clear from the start: the 75 Soft Challenge is all about embracing a *healthy, balanced lifestyle*, not about extreme dieting or unhealthy body image. It's definitely not related to anything like 'pro ana' or crash diets; instead, it's about sustainable wellness and personal growth. To keep myself accountable and on track for the full 75 days, I'm a huge believer in the power of planning and tracking. While I might not be using a specific '75 soft challenge tracker app,' I'm definitely going to create my own '75 day countdown printable' or use a dedicated journal as my '75 soft challenge planner.' Seeing those days tick by, marking off my progress, helps immensely with motivation. The OCR mentioned a 'digital tracker' for the 75 Soft challenge, and I think that visual aspect of seeing numbers 1-75 filled in will be incredibly motivating. It’s like a little celebration every time I complete a day! Let’s dive a bit deeper into the 'GOLDEN RULES' I’m following, drawing from the specifics I've seen in my resources and the OCR. Beyond just 'personalized diet rules,' I’m adopting a stricter but still balanced approach: 'no soda, dessert once a week, and no takeout.' This helps me build discipline without feeling overly deprived. For exercise, it’s not just 'exercise every day,' but a 'daily 45-minute workout' with one day for active recovery. This specific duration helps me plan my day better and ensures I’m getting enough movement. And, of course, the 3 liters of water and 10 pages of reading daily are non-negotiable. Staying motivated for 75 days straight can be tough, but I'm ready for it! I’ve put together my own 'MOTIVATION template' inspired by the desire for a 'healthy life, losing weight, feeling better, roller skating, crossing legs, and having more energy.' These are my personal 'whys' that will push me forward on days when I feel like giving up. I think writing down your core motivations, and revisiting them, is essential for any long-term challenge. I know 75 days can seem like a long commitment, and some people might even look into something like a '35 soft challenge' as a shorter alternative. While adapting challenges to fit personal needs is always a good idea, for me, the full 75 days is about proving to myself that I can commit and build lasting habits. This isn't just a quick fix; it's a journey to make these healthy choices a permanent part of my life. Wish me luck!

For diet rules you can try to limit your sugar intake to maybe like 25g a day
