Summer Body Routine
🌟These are things I do in the summer to make sure I keep staying in shape! A little goes a long way so by continuing my workout routines I maintain the body I want! Sundays are my off day where I can take a little break from all of this. This means I will split the ab workout or just do half and I’ll shy away from healthy eating habits.
🌟Here is the core workout I do every day expect for Sundays, NO BREAKS. I like to aim on my lower abs just because I feel I lack those the most.
30 seconds plank, 30 seconds side plank (both sides x3
30 seconds Russian twist, 30 seconds in and outs x3
30 seconds scissors, 30 seconds flutter kicks x3
In and outs but hold for ten out x3
Dead bugs x20
Bicycles x 20
Crunches x20
Additionally I train at the gym for track 3 times a week and I go on 2 miles runs three times a week as well. Currently I am on a “break” from my season.
🌟As far as eating goes I do try to eat as healthy as I can because I have a lot of intolerances to different foods. Almost every single recipe I have gotten from this book I have enjoyed very much. In a later post I hope to share some of them and my reviews on them!

A well-structured summer body routine can help you maintain fitness while enjoying the warmer months. Focusing on core workouts is crucial, as they build essential strength for physically demanding activities. Aim for diverse exercises like planks, Russian twists, and crunches, which target various muscle groups and enhance core stability. Incorporating healthy eating habits is equally important, especially for those with food intolerances. Opt for nutrient-dense recipes to fuel your workouts. Consider utilizing cookbooks designed for quick and healthy meals to simplify your meal prep. This can help ensure you receive balanced nutrition daily and support your active lifestyle. Moreover, establishing a consistent workout schedule will yield the best results. If gym access is limited, outdoor activities such as running or cycling can significantly benefit overall fitness. Remember to take rest days to prevent burnout and allow your body to recover. By sticking to a well-rounded routine of exercise and healthy eating, you can enjoy a fit and healthy summer season.
