In the experience of many younger people consulting me, there are three types of younger people.

1. The younger person who enters the interview room immediately has no conversation with the judges, no introduction, no answer, everything ends quickly. Which one of you meets this means that I have no First Impression at first sight (3 seconds).

2. Some of the younger people have the opportunity to introduce themselves, but immediately speaking, the judges are not interested and do not ask anything. This means that I have a good First Impression, interesting, but once I have the opportunity to speak, the language communication may not be good, so the judges do not choose.

3. Enter the interview room immediately, do not need to introduce yourself, but the director asks a question at all, showing that your First Impression is very good, as well as your profile is interesting, such as having been a stewardess before, having worked in service, or having other skills necessary to the stewardess career, thus making the director more curious, and a little Q & A.
