Daily Bible Study 🫶
I’ve been making time to rebuild my relationship with God by way of journaling. I do a quick google search for scriptures relating to how I’m feeling in the moment and start journaling using the SOAP method. The SOAP method is an easy way to engage with the scripure and understand how it applies to your life.
1. Scripture- Choose a verse or a few verses that stand out to you. Write the verse down in your journal or notebook.
2. Observation- Reflect on what the scripture is saying. Focus on details, key words, and phrases. Ask yourself, what stands out in this verse? What is the context of the scripture?
3. Application- Think about how the scripture applies to your life.
4. Prayer- Respond to God in prayer based on what you’ve learned.
5. Journal- Write down all of the above thoughts and feelings!
I purchased the template on Etsy and exported to Goodnotes on my iPad! Hope this helps anyone that may want to practice Bible journaling but isn’t sure how to start!

Organization is another practical aspect of a great Bible study setup. Having a small pen holder for your favorite pens and highlighters keeps them within reach.
