For people who can't come to the classroom.
Most of them have friends in the recording class (only the subjects that the teacher allows to record) and scan the sheets online. We can learn from there. Almost all subjects will have a sheet class (the university will manage them without extra cost).
- There is an online library of old exams that can download old exams back more than 10 years, but we usually load them for 10 years to read and try. It helps a lot. Make the test rate used to the exam and know the exam line.
📔 Textbook
Each subject has a textbook. You can read more, depending on which one you recommend. The textbook must be paid for by yourself.
👥 School society
Most of the classmates are also people who work, study as well, come from various professions, have a lot of new friends, friends help each other study very well.
📌 What I learned from three years of study
- Listening carefully to the teacher helps to finish the book faster, understand more, take the exam to the point, save a lot of time.
- For us, the school supplies that make everything more convenient is mobile + Ipad + Airpod + Apple pencil.
- Checklist and reading plan is very important.
- Beautiful, tidy, easy life.
- Color Coding categorizes reading time information by highlighting mnemonic colors, seeing 100% of the actual results, helping to read books faster, remember better.

หลายคนที่ค้นหา “ปริญญาตรีใบที่สอง ธรรมศาสตร์” หรือ “นิติศาสตร์ภาคบัณฑิต ธรรมศาสตร์ (นิติ ภาคบัณฑิต มธ.)” มักอยากรู้ภาพรวมแบบคนเรียนจริงว่าเหมาะกับคนทำงานแค่ไหน และต้องเตรียมตัวยังไงให้เรียนจบตามเป้า 3 ปี เราขอสรุปเป็นมุมที่เจอบ่อยๆ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ค่ะ 1) ภาคบัณฑิตต่างจากนิติฯ ปกติยังไง / นิติศาสตร์บัณฑิตคืออะไร ถ้าพูดแบบเข้าใจง่าย “นิติศาสตร์บัณฑิต” คือวุฒิปริญญาตรีทางกฎหมาย (LL.B.) ส่วน “ภาคบัณฑิต” คือหลักสูตรที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับคนที่มีปริญญาตรีใบแรกแล้ว แต่อยากได้วุฒินิติฯ เพิ่ม โดยตารางเรียนและระบบส่วนใหญ่จะเอื้อให้คนทำงานเรียนควบคู่ได้ (อย่างของมธ.เรียนช่วงเย็นและมีการสอบนอกเวลาราชการ) 2) ชีวิตคนทำงานกับการเรียนเย็น: วางแผนยังไงไม่ให้หลุด จากประสบการณ์ สิ่งที่ยากไม่ใช่วิชากฎหมายอย่างเดียว แต่คือ “พลังงานหลังเลิกงาน” เราแนะนำให้ล็อกตารางเป็นรูทีน เช่น - วันจันทร์-ศุกร์: ตั้งเป้าอ่านทบทวนสั้นๆ หลังกลับบ้าน 30–45 นาที (พอให้ต่อเนื้อหาได้) - เสาร์/อาทิตย์: จัดเป็นวันทำโจทย์+ข้อสอบเก่า และสรุปประมวลแบบเป็นระบบ ทริคที่เวิร์กมากคือทำ Checklist รายวิชา แยก “อ่านรอบแรก/สรุป/ทำข้อสอบเก่า” จะเห็นความคืบหน้าและไม่ตื่นตระหนกช่วงใกล้สอบ 3) สอบข้อเขียน 100% ควรอ่านแบบไหน เมื่อคะแนนมาจากข้อสอบล้วน การฝึก “เขียนตอบให้เป็นประเด็น” สำคัญมาก เราใช้วิธีนี้: - ฟังเลคเชอร์ให้จับหัวข้อใหญ่ก่อน (ประหยัดเวลาการอ่าน) - ทำสรุปประมวล/สรุปมาตราเป็นหัวข้อ และทำ Color Coding แยกนิยาม-หลัก-ข้อยกเว้น-คำพิพากษาสำคัญ - ก่อนสอบ 2–3 สัปดาห์ เน้นทำข้อสอบเก่าย้อนหลัง (เราใช้ชุดย้อนหลังประมาณ 10 ปี) แล้วจับเวลาจริง จะทำให้คุ้นกับสไตล์ข้อสอบและการบริหารเวลา 4) เรียนไม่เข้าได้ไหม / ต้องมีอุปกรณ์อะไร ถ้าวันไหนมาออนไซต์ไม่ได้ การมี “ชีทเรียน + เสียงอัด (เฉพาะวิชาที่อาจารย์อนุญาต)” ช่วยชีวิตมาก สำหรับอุปกรณ์ เราว่าชุดที่คุ้มสุดคือ iPad/แท็บเล็ต + ปากกาดิจิทัล + หูฟัง (ไว้ฟังเสียงอัด) และมือถือสำหรับเช็คไฟล์/อ่านสั้นๆ ระหว่างเดินทาง 5) ถ้าอยากเทียบกับที่อื่น เช่น นิติ ภาคบัณฑิต จุฬา / นิติศาสตร์ ศิลปากร ควรดูอะไร ถ้ากำลังเปรียบเทียบมหาลัยดัง เราแนะนำให้ดู 5 อย่างนี้เป็นหลัก: เวลาเรียน (เหมาะกับงานไหม), ระบบสอบ/เกณฑ์ผ่าน, ค่าใช้จ่ายรวม (รวมหนังสือ), การเข้าถึงทรัพยากร (คลังข้อสอบเก่า/ชีท/ห้องสมุด), และทำเลการเดินทาง เพราะเรียนต่อเนื่องหลายปี “ความสะดวก” มีผลกับการจบมากกว่าที่คิด 6) เรื่องเอกสาร: ใบรับรองคาดว่าจะสำเร็จการศึกษา มธ. ถ้าใครต้องใช้เอกสารไปยื่นงาน/ทุน/อบรม ระหว่างรอรับใบปริญญา โดยทั่วไปมหาวิทยาลัยจะมีเอกสารประเภท “ใบรับรองคาดว่าจะสำเร็จการศึกษา” หรือใบรับรองสถานภาพให้ ขอผ่านช่องทางงานทะเบียน/ระบบออนไลน์ของมหาวิทยาลัย และเผื่อเวลารอเอกสารไว้ล่วงหน้า จะได้ไม่ชนเดดไลน์ หวังว่าส่วนเสริมนี้จะช่วยให้เห็นภาพ “เรียนกฎหมายไปทำงานไป” ชัดขึ้นนะคะ โดยเฉพาะคนที่ตั้งใจเอาปริญญาตรีใบที่ 2 ให้จบใน 3 ปี—ทำได้จริง ถ้าวางแผนอ่าน + ฝึกข้อสอบเก่าอย่างสม่ำเสมอค่ะ
