👩🏻 found this recipe on the book .. did not disappoint 🍳

Fed my family of 4- and had leftovers!

▪️seasoned fries (whole bag)

▪️Philly Cheesesteaks (2 boxes)

▪️Queso Blanco Velveeta (I used 6 oz)

▪️ Heavy Whipping Cream (measured with my ♥️)

▪️ Green/Red Pepper & White Onion (preference)

Honestly, I just cooked everything as the packages say.. I added the seasoning onto the meat while it was cooking, sautéed the veggies & plated everything 💁🏽‍♀️

For seasoning the meat, I like to use Montreal steak seasoning as it adds a nice balance of savory and slightly spicy notes that complement the cheese and veggies well. For the cheese sauce, Velveeta queso blanco melts beautifully and creates a creamy texture that ties all the ingredients together. Adding a splash of heavy whipping cream helps make the sauce silky and rich without overpowering the classic cheesesteak flavors. Vegetables like green and red peppers along with white onions can be sautéed until slightly caramelized to bring out their natural sweetness. This contrast works great with the savory meat and creamy cheese. If you’re looking to customize your loaded fries, you can try adding jalapeños for some heat or a drizzle of Philly cheesesteak sauce for extra tanginess. Leftover cheesesteak fries can be reheated in the oven to keep the fries crispy and the cheese melty. This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights when you want a satisfying, crowd-pleasing meal that comes together quickly with simple ingredients found at most grocery stores. Give it a try and enjoy a cozy taste of traditional American comfort food with a Philly twist!
