Another easy one is 'Hollibaugh,' where you draw straight lines and then draw more lines that go behind the first ones, creating an overlapping effect. The key is to take it one stroke at a time, without worrying about the final outcome. There’s no 'up' or 'down' in Zentangle, and no mistakes, so you can just enjoy the process. I've found that practicing these simple pattern drawing exercises really helps build confidence. You can create amazing compositions just by combining these basic elements.
