The BESTaçaí bowl recipeEVER!!

I’ve been on the BIGGEST smoothie bowl kick of my life lately. They have been making me feel the greatest I ever felt, while satisfying my sugar craving! 🤭

• acai puree, or acai powder. I use the campoverde acai superfruit with Guarana from giants frozen fruit section! One packet will do for this recipe!

• frozen berry mix! You’ll want to find a medley blend that consists of mainly strawberries and blueberries, as these specific fruits enhance the flavor of your bowl!

• frozen SLICED bananas. Frozen sliced bananas are an important step to this process, as it helps start the creamy texture of our bowl.

• liquid of some sort! Not very much, but you can use any liquid you desire, I personally use Oatly oat milk! But you can use any milk of your choice, or feel free to add any of your favorite juices!

• YOGURT! Now hear me out, I understand that it may not be for everyone… BUT this part is very important as it helps blend our fruits nicely together while giving us that creamy texture we so desire. If yogurt is an absolute no-no, then you may substitute with more of your chosen liquid! Do NOT use flavored yogurt, only PLAIN Greek yogurt. Flavored yogurt will mask the natural flavor of the acai.

and last but not least… TOPPINGS!

•nuts

•fresh sliced fruit

I like to use sliced strawberries, bananas, and kiwi. I use the bear naked cacao & cashew butter crunch granola, and I like to drizzle a little Nutella on the top if I’m feeling fancy!

In my specific bowls I also add a serving size of the mango bloom microgreens powder as well! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have!

Making an açaí bowl is so much easier than I expected… I used to pay so many $$$ just to get them at places like The Juicery, but this homemade one was super cheap and took literally 5 minutes to make. If you don’t have a real blender that’s fine!! I used my tiny little blendjet to make this!!
