15 Minutes Non Stop
I did 15 minutes on the stair master non stop. Did I slow it down? Yes! Did I speed it up? Again Yes! Was tired? Hell Yes! Did I quit? Fuxk Nooooo!!! Feels good because I have always stopped at 5 minutes. Today I set the time for 10 and I pushed past that. #steppingout #stairmaster #stairmasterworkout #ididthat #steppingup #beastmode
Engaging in regular workouts on the stair master is not only beneficial for cardiovascular fitness but also a great way to build lower body strength. Many fitness enthusiasts recommend starting with shorter intervals, especially for beginners. Gradually increasing your time can help improve endurance and confidence. One effective approach is interval training, which alternates short bursts of high-intensity effort with recovery periods. This strategy can optimize results while preventing burnout. Adding variety to your routine can also keep things fresh; consider combining stair climbing with other exercises like bodyweight squats or lunges to enhance strength. Remember to listen to your body—if you feel fatigued, it's okay to slow down or take a break. What matters is staying committed to your fitness goals and celebrating every small achievement on your journey.
