I really want to find someone who’s truly worth it. Someone who shows me as much as they write to me, who thinks of me as much as they miss me, who stays as long as they want to stay, and who does everything they can to make us happy in a healthy way.
I deserve that: a beautiful story, endless laughter, a cup of coffee where the only thing that matters is the moment, deep conversations, and great sex anytime. A smile that lights up what sometimes feels like it’s burned out in my heart.
I want to share my solitude with someone who sends songs and poems constantly, who fills my phone with silly and sweet messages, who cuddles on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays… the whole week if possible. Someone who doesn’t let go when fears, distance, doubts, or the past show up. Someone who always wants to fix things because they can’t imagine dancing with anyone else, someone you’d lose your mind over and love with every part of your being.
But also, I want to wait. To stay alone until something like that comes along, happens, and never lets go.

I’ve learned that patience and knowing your own worth are crucial. It’s easy to get caught up in fleeting moments or the excitement of new connections, but what really matters is a relationship where both people invest equally in emotional presence and mutual happiness.
For me, the beauty lies in the little things—messages filled with sweet thoughts, sharing favorite songs or poems that remind you of each other, spontaneous cuddles on quiet days, and conversations that delve beyond surface topics. These moments build a strong foundation that withstands fears, distance, or past disappointments.
Waiting alone isn’t about loneliness; it’s about honoring yourself and not settling for less than what you deserve. I’ve found that taking time to understand and cherish my own solitude has made me more open to recognizing when the right person finally steps into my life—a person who stays willingly, supports through struggles, and nourishes happiness in healthy ways.
Ultimately, love that lights up your heart after times of feeling burned out is the kind worth waiting for. It’s a love that inspires endless laughter, shared dreams, and an unbreakable bond. So, while the wait might feel long, holding out for that beautiful story where both hearts dance in sync is the most rewarding choice you can make.
i pray you find it.
