The Woman She Became
She is not the same woman she used to be.
Not the one who begged for clarity.
Not the one who settled for half love.
Not the one who ignored her intuition
just to keep the peace.
That version of her still exists —
but only as a memory,
a lesson,
a reminder of how far she has come.
Now, she moves differently.
She doesn’t chase.
She attracts.
She doesn’t beg.
She chooses.
She doesn’t lose herself in love.
She brings herself into it fully.
She has learned the difference
between attention and intention,
between words and actions,
between being wanted
and being valued.
She no longer fears being alone.
Because she has built a relationship with herself
that feels like home.
And maybe the most beautiful part is this:
She didn’t become cold.
She didn’t become distant.
She remained soft.
She remained loving.
She remained open.
But this time,
with boundaries.
With awareness.
With self-respect.
She is still the woman who loves deeply —
But now,
she is also the woman
who will never abandon herself again.
