eat!! , do not be afraid to eat BUT eat healthily. make sure you’re eating at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, preferably 1.2 grams. that is so important as the body utilizes the protein when working out to strengthen the muscles. your caloric intake should also be a little more than usual.
