Here’s my routine!

Listen, I know everyone hates working abs, but it’s a necessary evil. Working abs helps stabilize your heavy lifting, leading to an overall better pump. So get after it.

Cardio is also more of a cathartic thing for me, so do with that what you will.

Lastly, modify to your own will. I divided legs for my own personal goals. Don’t feel obligated to match my vibe 🥰 #gymroutine #pullday #pushday #glutes #streamer

Here's a structured approach you can follow to kickstart your fitness journey. **Day 1: Legs and Glutes** - Focus on exercises like RDLs, Smith Machine squats, and leg curls, complemented by 30-45 minutes of incline cardio. Prioritize glute activation for effective results. **Day 2: Push Day** - Target your upper body with bench presses, overhead shoulder presses, and tricep extensions. Also, include lateral raises and tricep dips, followed by 20-30 minutes of cardio for a balanced workout. **Day 3: Leg Focus** - This session combines back squats and elevated goblet squats, along with abs workouts such as Russian twists and flutter kicks. Cardio remains crucial here too, with 30-45 minutes on an incline treadmill. **Day 4: Pull Day** - Focus on your back and biceps with exercises like lat pulldowns, barbell rows, and preacher curls. As with other days, include some cardio to round off your workout. Lastly, remember that consistency is key. Feel free to adjust routines to cater to your individual fitness goals. Don't hesitate to experiment and find what works best for you!
