If heat styling is necessary, always apply a heat protectant spray to minimize damage. Incorporating regular hair masks into your weekly routine can also provide an extra boost of moisture, enhancing the appearance and health of your hair. Lastly, sleeping with damp hair can lead to tangling and further damage. Opting for protective hairstyles, such as braids or wearing a silk bonnet, can preserve your hair's health while you sleep. Home Made Pre Poo for Extremely Damaged Hair
1/2 cup hair mask ( preferably one with karite butter) 2 tbsp almond oil 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp honey 1/2 cup flax seed gel Mix well and Apply to hair from root to ends before shampoo. This mask will repair damaged hair and moisturize every strand. Could be used once a week.
