My honest opinion about a wfh walking pad…

I was very torn on whether or not a walking pad with some thing that I wanted to invest in for my home office because part of me was thinking that a treadmill might be a better idea or wasn’t sure if I would actually use it so here are my honest thoughts

It is definitely an investment of a few hundred dollars to get a good one and I search for a really long time for a walk into that had incline since I love to walk at a slight incline anyways so I’m very happy with the walking path I ended up with

Overall, my step count has increased to a couple thousand extra stops each day and I also just feel a little bit more excited about being able to move my body even while I’m working instead of just sitting all the time and it really is helpful if you work from home

Overall, I would definitely say it was worth the investment for me and I would suggest getting one if you have a standing desk or potentially converting your whole office space

... Read moreMy journey to getting an under-desk walking pad for my home office wasn't a straight line. Like many of you, I spent ages debating whether it was truly a necessity or just another gadget that would end up gathering dust. My main concern was finding one with specific features, especially incline capability, which I love for a more challenging walk. After a long search, I finally found one that ticked all the boxes, even coming with a handy remote control for easy adjustments. Integrating the under-desk walking pad into my standing desk setup was surprisingly easy. The images in my review show how seamlessly it fits into a typical home office environment. I've found that having a dedicated space for it, whether it's a corner of your living room or a small home office, makes all the difference. It's not just about walking; it's about creating a dynamic workspace that encourages movement throughout the day. Many models also feature a digital display to track speed, distance, and time, making it easy to monitor progress, and some even offer app tracking for a more integrated fitness experience. For those of us with smaller living spaces, like apartments, storage is a huge consideration. I often get asked, "How to store a walking pad when not in use?" Most modern walking pads are designed to be quite compact and lightweight. While mine isn't explicitly foldable, it's slim enough to slide under a sofa or bed when I'm not using it, which is perfect for my smaller apartment. If space is a major concern, definitely look for truly foldable walking pad options; they've come a long way in design and functionality. Beyond just the physical benefits of movement, I've noticed a significant boost in my productivity and focus. Breaking up long periods of sitting with even a slow walk helps clear my head and prevents that afternoon slump. It’s a gentle way to stay active, especially on days when getting outside isn’t an option. For anyone contemplating this investment for their WFH setup, I genuinely believe it's a game-changer for overall well-being and productivity. It's transformed my home office into a space where I can truly thrive, and it feels great to be a person walking on a walking pad at home, even during work hours!

I’ve been meaning to get one but in pink! A walking pad is a game changer for anyone that likes to walk but lives in a hot place like arizona or nevada (like me) 😭
