I used to think disordered eating only looked like extreme dieting or skipping every meal. But there are so many subtle signs that can sneak in and feel “normal” until you realize how much they’re running your life.
For me, it was the constant guilt around food and feeling like I had to earn what I ate. It took me a while to realize that wasn’t healthy. If any of these resonate with you, know you’re not broken... and you can find freedom in healing.
