does waking up at 5am actually change your life?

I thought waking up at 5a would magically make me more disciplined or successful, but..... It didn’t. But it did teach me something about margin. Those quiet early hours became a space to take a moment, breathe, and begin gently instead of reacting to chaos.

There’s something sacred about being awake when the world still feels asleep. I journaled more. I moved slower. And I realized how much of my stress came from always being in a rush.

You don’t need to wake up at 5am to find peace. But finding time that’s yours, before you have to pour into everyone else, might be one of the healthiest changes you can make.

OVERALL: I think I will go back to my 6am morning though because I did feel overlly tired...
