i used to feel productive. now i just feel... dull

I used to think my glow came from how I looked or how much I got done. But lately, I’ve realized it comes from how I live. For a few months things felt heavy. My routines fell apart, and my confidence did too. But through it, I’ve been learning what it means to find light in small ways again.

The glow you see online isn’t the same glow that sustains you in real life. Sometimes you glow from soft moments of surrender, from taking care of your body, or from speaking kindly to yourself.

So if you feel dull lately, it’s okay. You haven’t lost your glow. It’s just settling deeper inside, waiting for you to slow down long enough to notice it :))
