Can you be a Christian and go to therapy???
healing and holiness can exist together. as Christians, we don’t have to choose between Jesus and therapy. THERAPY DOESNT REPLACE FAITH!!!!!! for many people, it becomes a tool God uses in the healing process. if you love Jesus and go to therapy, you are not lacking faith!!!!you are stewarding your mind, your heart, and your healing well 🤍

In my own experience, combining faith with therapy has been a profound journey of healing and growth. Many people worry that going to therapy might imply a lack of trust in God's plan, but I've found the opposite to be true. Therapy can serve as a practical extension of our faith, helping us to address emotional wounds, develop healthy coping strategies, and steward the mind and heart God has given us. The phrase "be sane and saved at" perfectly captures the balance many of us strive for—maintaining our spiritual salvation while also seeking mental wellness. Therapy does not replace faith or prayer but rather complements them. It is a tool that can empower us to better understand ourselves and the challenges we face, making room for healing that honors both mind and spirit. For Christians, therapy can also be a space where faith-based values are respected and integrated into healing practices. It allows us to confront struggles such as anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma without feeling isolated or judged. By embracing therapy, we demonstrate stewardship over our emotional well-being, trusting God’s guidance throughout the process. Ultimately, therapy and faith together invite a holistic approach to healing—where holiness and mental wellness coexist. You don't have to choose between Jesus and therapy. Instead, embrace both as parts of your journey toward wholeness and peace.
