What God says about is what you think about YOU
The Bible has SO much to say about how God views you and trust me… it’s with a LOT of love!!!! So maybe you can be nicer to yourself this week :))
In my personal journey, learning what God truly says about us has been transformative. It’s easy to fall into the trap of negative self-talk, but understanding that God views us with immense love helps reshape those thoughts. The phrase from the OCR, "and what we do and what," reminds me that our actions and thoughts are deeply influenced by how we perceive ourselves. When we align our thinking with God’s loving perspective, it changes not only our self-image but also our behavior. I found that meditating on Bible verses that affirm our worth helped me be more compassionate to myself during tough times. Verses like Psalm 139:14, which says, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made," empower us to see ourselves as God’s unique creation. This perspective can encourage anyone to be gentle with themselves and grow in confidence. Applying these biblical truths daily has improved my mental wellbeing and relationships. It’s a reminder that what God says about us is foundational, shaping what we think about ourselves. When self-kindness replaces criticism, it fosters inner peace and strengthens faith. This approach can be a source of hope and encouragement for anyone needing a gentle reminder of their inherent value in God's eyes.
