everything I ate today (high protein & real food)
Really focusing on muscle growth right now (plus I was starving all day today because of an extra long hike this past weekend…)
I’m not a dietitian, but I am a girl that has figured out that eating enough protein leave me feeling full, and my muscles feel less fatigued!!!

Balancing a high-protein diet has truly transformed how I feel throughout the day, especially when focusing on muscle growth and recovery. After an intense weekend hike left me starving, I noticed that prioritizing protein helped keep my energy stable and my muscles less fatigued. Starting with a breakfast bowl featuring eggs, chicken sausage, and roasted sweet potatoes provided about 30 grams of protein, fueling my morning without the usual energy crash. One of my favorite quick refuels is a protein and creatine shake, delivering approximately 25 to 30 grams of protein. Creatine is essential for me—not just for muscle performance but also for mental clarity. Following that, a simple tuna, avocado, and pickle bowl takes mere minutes but packs around 25 grams of protein. The combination of creamy avocado and crunchy pickles adds a satisfying texture and flavor, making it a delicious and nutrient-rich option. For lunch or dinner, I rely on protein pasta with ground beef, which offers a hefty 60 to 65 grams of protein. Properly seasoning the meat elevates the dish to something both filling and enjoyable. To end the day, a snack of apple slices with almond butter, pistachios, and a bit of dark chocolate rounds out my total protein intake to about 145 to 160 grams. This mix feels indulgent yet stays aligned with my nutrition goals. No tracking apps—just mindful eating and intentional food choices that fuel my body and bring me joy. If you’re focusing on muscle growth or simply want to feel full and energized, incorporating a variety of real, protein-rich foods into your daily meals can truly make a difference.

May i ask which protein and creatine you buy?
