Seasonings; salt, black pepper, chili powder, chili oil , ginger , white vinegar
Cut vegetables into small pieces saute in olive oil add water and seasonings to taste boil for 10 min add cream and parsley .
Boil 1 l water add salt , white vinegar, olive oil. Mix 3tablespoon of corn starch with one cup of water add to boiling water . Keep boil for 25 min mixing. Prepare another dish to pour starch, sm with olive oil to make it non stick. Pour starch into dish , let it cool and put into fridge ( not freezer).
