1) tomatoes

2) red bell pepper

3) smoked red bell pepper

4) garlic

5)eggplant

6)king trumpet mushrooms

7)parsley

8)carrots

9)olive oil

10) rigatoni

Seasonings; salt, black pepper, red pepper, cumin, ground sumac berries

1) clean beans and cook for 30-40 min .

2)Clean vegetable, cut into strips.

3)fry mushrooms in olive oil from two sides & remove

4)saute all vegetables one by one in olive oil add seasonings to taste, add little bit of pasta water & 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook for 15-20 min in low heat.

5) add cooked rigatoni & chopped parsley.
