Have you ever felt like you were just going through the motions at the gym? On the treadmill, dreading every minute, wondering why you’re even there?
If this has ever been you, I challenge you to turn inward and ask yourself: Why am I here? What am I doing this for? Sometimes we don’t fully understand in the moment it’s more of a subconscious pull.
In my early twenties, I was still working out, but it felt more like something I had to do, not something I deeply understood. I was chasing temporary highs, external validation, and quick fixes. They gave me a moment of relief, but never real fulfillment.
It wasn’t until I started working on myself my body, my mindset, my habits that everything shifted. Growth itself became the high. Progress started to feel better than any distraction ever did.
The more I experienced it, the more I craved it. What once felt like discipline started to feel like freedom. What once felt like sacrifice started to feel like self-respect.
That’s when I realized: personal growth isn’t just a phase it’s an addiction that keeps pulling you toward the best version of yourself.
