Biggest Buisness Mistake 📍
This month marks one year since my second fitness studio closed.
I still catch myself wondering what if I never opened that second location? Honestly, opening it was one of the biggest mistakes I made in business. It set us back in so many ways… but it also taught me more than I could have ever learned without it.
The thing is, you can’t sit in the “what ifs.” You can’t keep replaying the past. You’ve got to keep moving. Sometimes that means taking a step back or even stepping away for a minute so you can see the bigger picture again.
That’s the beauty of growing. Because maybe your goals aren’t the same as they were 5 years ago and that’s okay. Maybe you thought you wanted something, but turns out, you’d be just fine without it.
The past two years took a lot out of me, but they also gave me clarity. I can still see the vision, and I’ll keep working toward it one day, one step at a time.
and TBH At the end of the day, the only real mistake is giving up.
