And honestly, after my diagnosis, I was looking for exactly this kind of practical, tasty support. My Go-To Dr. Valencia Juice Recipe (Inspired by TikTok & My Pantry!): Getting the right balance of ingredients is key, and after some experimenting, this is what works for me. The OCR results from the image perfectly capture the essence of what goes into a fresh, vibrant juice, showing off those lovely green leafy vegetables, yellow fruit, and even turmeric and ginger.
