Cluster Set Pull-ups for Strength and Control
A cluster set is a set that contains multiple sets within it. Here we do 4 reps w/ 10 lbs. Then we go for 3 reps w/ 20 lbs. And we finish off with 2 reps w/ 30 lbs. Repeat for 3-4 sets and take rests of approximately 2-3 min in between sets. Let’s get it 💪🏼💪🏼 #pullups #pullworkout
