... Read moreI've always found smiles fascinating, especially the ones that show a bit of the lower teeth — they carry an authentic and delicate expression that's hard to fake. In film photography, capturing that genuine moment adds so much depth to the portrait. When I look at such photos, like the one described here, I'm reminded of how light and shadow play across the subject's face, highlighting tiny details that digital images sometimes miss. Also, the symbolism of flowers held intimately in a picture often feels like a secret being quietly shared with the viewer. It adds a poetic layer to the image, connecting natural beauty with human emotion. I've tried to recreate that feeling when I shoot film portraits, aiming to preserve not only the visual but the emotional essence. Interestingly, small details such as the shape of a smile or the way the lower teeth show can evoke curiosity — like why someone smiles that way or the personality behind it. It’s similar to idioms related to kindness and duty, reflecting unseen depths behind simple expressions. To me, these elements together—smile, flowers, warm light—tell a heartfelt story that goes beyond the snapshot, inviting viewers to feel and imagine the moments behind the frame.

I Didn’t Just Stay Here—I Worked Here Too 🐔🐄
One of my favourite parts of slow travel is experiencing local life. This morning at our farmstay in Theth, I helped feed the chickens, carried fresh milk from the cows, and enjoyed a garden breakfast surrounded by mountains. Sometimes the simplest mornings become the most memorable. #SolunaDay

✨ From PCOS to My First Pregnancy ✨
I dated my husband for 9 years and we’ve been married for 2. For as long as I can remember, my menstrual cycles were irregular and painful. In my early 20s, I gained weight rapidly and brushed it off as university stress, poor lifestyle habits, and lack of exercise — the “normal” uni life excuses.
