Crispy Caesar Parm Sliders
Chicken parm meets Caesar salad — sandwiched inside buttery Hawaiian rolls. Crispy, creamy, cheesy, and way too easy to eat.
Ingredients:
• 2 large chicken breasts (sliced into 4 cutlets, use 3 for sliders)
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
• ½ cup grated Parmesan (divided)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 12-pack King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
• 2 tbsp butter (melted)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
• 3–4 tbsp Caesar dressing
• Neutral oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour → egg → breadcrumb mixture.
2. Fry 3–4 min per side until golden.
3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half; layer 3 cutlets and sprinkle Parmesan.
4. Brush tops with garlic butter + parsley. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 min.
5. Toss romaine with Caesar dressing + Parmesan. Add to sliders, replace tops, and serve warm.
💡 Bonus: You’ll have 1 extra cutlet — that’s your chef’s snack. You earned it.
