Occasion & Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients: • 1 lbs salmon filets

• 1 cup rice 🍚

• 3 tbs rice vinegar

• 1/2 tbs salt

• 1 tbs honey 🍯

• 1 ts brown sugar

• 2 ts soy sauce

• 1 ts sesame oil

• 1/2 ts grated garlic 🧄

• 1/2 ts grated ginger

• 1 tbs of any hot sauce you like

• 4 scallions chopped

• edamame beans

• sesame seeds to your liking

• 1 avocado 🥑

Detailed Steps: mix all ingredients (except rice, beans, avocado) together and pour over salmon filets and cook on a skillet over medium high heat. Add remaining teriyaki sauce onto salmon filets and serve.
