Seasoned with Heath Riles Competition & Garlic Jalapeño Rubs. Fired up the grill with a Bentley Burn Bag and some hour charcoal. Let it roll low and slow with no wrap, then glazed it with Heath Riles BBQ Sauce to finish it off.
