my heaviest, my lightest and now in the middle
Weight fluctuations are a common experience for many individuals. Over the years, numerous factors such as diet, exercise routines, stress, and lifestyle choices contribute to changes in body weight. In 2001, I faced my heaviest point, experiencing the struggles and health concerns that often accompany being overweight. Fast forward to 2011, I embraced a lifestyle change that led to significant weight loss and ultimately marked my lightest phase. However, as time went on and life evolved, I found myself in the middle, where balance and acceptance took priority over numbers on a scale. This journey highlights the importance of body image and mental health. It's not just about a number; it's about how we feel in our own skin. Prioritizing mental wellness alongside physical health can lead to a more fulfilling and enjoyable life. Embracing body positivity allows for acceptance of one’s self at any stage of one's journey, encouraging a healthier mindset towards food and fitness. Join me in discussing realistic approaches to body changes and fostering self-love through every transition.
