We and our girlfriend ran to the raw water pool this morning. 🏃‍♂️💙

This round has put on Garmin Forerunner 165.

That the girlfriend bought as a birthday gift too

So use the whole Czech distance

And heart rate during the run.

When it arrived, there was drizzle.

Therefore wait for the rain to start running

Only enough to get out. It's cool.

There was a thin fog floating over the water.

The atmosphere was better than expected. 🌫️🍃

And after the rain, the sky opened and got a lot of pictures back. 📸

ประสบการณ์วิ่งที่สระเก็บน้ำดิบทับมาในยามเช้าสดชื่นหลังฝนตก ทำให้ผมได้สัมผัสกับบรรยากาศที่ยอดเยี่ยม ความรู้สึกเหมือนได้พักผ่อนในธรรมชาติจริง ๆ การวิ่งที่นี่รอบสระเก็บน้ำประมาณ 3.3 กิโลเมตร ซึ่งไม่ไกลเกินไป จึงเหมาะสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้นและนักวิ่งประจำที่ชอบบรรยากาศเงียบสงบและสวยงาม จุดเด่นคืออากาศเย็นสบายและหมอกบางลอยอยู่เหนือน้ำ ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายมากขึ้นระหว่างออกกำลังกาย ผมเลือกใช้ Garmin Forerunner 165 ที่ช่วยตรวจจับอัตราการเต้นหัวใจและตรวจวัดระยะทางได้อย่างแม่นยำ ทำให้สามารถวางแผนการวิ่งและตั้งเป้าหมายได้ง่ายขึ้น นอกจากนี้บริเวณนี้ยังมีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบายและเปิดให้ใช้ได้ช่วงเวลาเช้าและเย็นโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย จึงเหมาะแก่การมากับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวเพื่อให้ทุกคนได้ออกกำลังกายในบรรยากาศดี หลังจากวิ่งเสร็จ ผมยังสามารถเก็บภาพสวย ๆ ของวิวหลังฝนตกไว้ได้อย่างมากมาย เพราะแสงธรรมชาติที่ส่องผ่านเมฆและหมอกทำให้ภาพถ่ายมีความงดงามอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ใครที่รักการวิ่งและอยากหาสถานที่ใหม่ ๆ ที่ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนได้ท่องเที่ยวไปด้วย ควรแวะมาที่นี่อย่างยิ่ง โดยรวมแล้ว สระเก็บน้ำดิบทับมาเป็นพิกัดวิ่งวิวสวยที่ผมตั้งใจจะกลับไปอีกครั้ง เพื่อสัมผัสความสดชื่นและความสงบใจจากธรรมชาติ พร้อมทั้งใช้เทคโนโลยีฟิตเนสช่วยในการพัฒนาการวิ่งของตัวเองอย่างไม่มีเบื่อ ขอแนะนำสำหรับทุกคนที่กำลังมองหาทางเลือกใหม่เพื่อสุขภาพและความสนุกสนาน
