yes I'm in my healing journey.

Healing is not a linear journey—it varies from day to day with moments of strength and vulnerability. From personal experience, I've found that learning to live with the emotional scars rather than trying to erase them offers a deeper sense of peace. There are days when you feel you’ve healed completely, and others where the pain resurfaces unexpectedly. This ebb and flow is a natural part of growth. One important lesson is to accept that healing involves feeling the pain without letting it rule your life. It’s about acknowledging hurtful memories and losses, but also gradually gaining control over how much they affect your present. Being patient with yourself is key; healing takes time and cannot be rushed. Remembering that you can miss people who caused pain and still forgive yourself for having those feelings is liberating. Sometimes, the process feels uncomfortable because it forces you to confront parts of your past that you wish you could forget. However, letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. Instead, it means integrating those experiences into who you are while choosing not to be defined or limited by them. Incorporating self-care practices such as journaling, meditation, or talking with friends or counselors can support this healing journey. Celebrating small victories along the way encourages continued progress. Ultimately, healing is about reclaiming your life, finding strength in vulnerability, and moving forward with hope and resilience.
