Hey peeps 🐥 Happy Saturday

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and weekend. Todays been a bit rough for me, not feeling my best and in a lot of pain. But I’m trying to push through it. It’s such a beautiful night out. I love just looking at the moon. It’s so calming at times. I’ve been struggling a bit with my depression today as well. Just feeling a bit low. As one that deals with chronic pain does, some days are harder than others. Today is one of those days for me. Feelings of aggravation, fed up, losing hope. It’s hard when you get stuck in your head and get stuck listening to bad thoughts. As people do who have depression. You just can’t turn it off when you want to. Those bad thoughts try to steer you away from the good. But try to remember your ok, it’s just a bad day. We will try again tomorrow. You’re not alone! Tomorrow may be amazing, you never know. You got this, keep your head up high. And we will try again. #lemon8diarychallenge #chronicpain #depression #hope #tryagain
