Spend a self care evening with me 🤍

Hello everyone ! I wanted to talk a little about keeping your side of the street clean. Lately, I’ve found myself very affected by the actions of others, and while yes, it’s basic psychology that when someone is exposed to a stimuli they respond, however, as someone who is diagnosed with bpd, it’s hard to separate myself from the actions of others. I find myself wanting revenge, and asking myself if I deserve mistreatment. So lately I’ve been focusing on myself instead of what others think of me, more specifically I’ve been focusing on how I see myself and my own opinion of myself rather than others. Anyway, just wanted to share a little bit with y’all, and I hope everyone who reads this has a lovely evening :)
