Meet my Cat!
This was my first cat ever. He was a christmas gift this past year. We named him felix. I had felix for over a year, he was playful and sweet and i loved him so much. Sadly about a month ago while i was away at college my mom called and told me felix had got sick and sadly passed away. I miss him very much but im so thankful for the memories and time i had with him. Please give your cat a big hug for me!
It's amazing how much our pets become part of our daily lives, and for me, Felix was everything. We spend so much time with our phones these days, and I quickly learned how invaluable they are for capturing every precious moment with our furry friends. Looking back at my camera roll, I have countless pictures of Felix, from his playful antics to him just being a sleepy, curled-up kitty. If you're like me, you probably have a whole gallery dedicated to your pet! Taking photos of cats can be tricky, especially when they're zooming around. My best tip for capturing those perfect shots? Be patient and use burst mode! Felix loved to play, and sometimes the only way to get a good action shot was to snap a rapid sequence. For his calmer moments, like when he was sleeping peacefully next to my Nintendo Switch (yes, he loved to be near whatever I was doing, even if it was just Stardew Valley!), I'd try to get close-ups of his cute little face or his curled-up paws. And those mirror selfies? They were my favorite! It was such a fun way to capture both of us together, showing our bond. It felt like we were truly a team, and those photos now are some of my most cherished. Felix wasn't just a snuggle buddy; he was also pretty curious about my gadgets. He’d often come and lie down right beside me when I was playing on my Nintendo Switch, sometimes even batting at the screen light. It was adorable. He even occasionally tried to 'help' me type on my laptop, walking across the keyboard. These little interactions, often captured quickly on my phone, are now priceless memories. Losing Felix was heartbreaking, and honestly, those photos and videos on my phone became my lifeline. They allowed me to revisit his playful spirit, his sweet purrs, and his comforting presence. I'd scroll through them, remembering the warmth of him cuddling under the blanket with me or simply seeing him sleeping soundly. It makes you realize how important it is to continuously capture these moments, even the seemingly mundane ones, because they become treasures. So, if you have a furry friend, take out your phone today and snap a few extra pictures or record a short video. Capture their unique quirks, their silly habits, and their loving gazes. You never know how much those digital memories will mean to you one day. Give your cat, or any pet, an extra hug from me.
