It’s a core part of my morning routine now, and honestly, the queries about 'hydration morning routine' resonated so much because it's truly transformative. After hydrating, I incorporate some *light exercise*. Nothing strenuous – just a few minutes of stretching or gentle movements to get my blood flowing. This ties into my goal of moving my body more and sets a positive tone for the day. ChatGPT even gave me ideas for quick, effective stretches I could do right by my bed! It’s all about starting small and building momentum, which is a key tip for building discipline that the AI emphasized. Beyond just the morning, the AI helped me with a robust night routine too.
