Justice for the innocent
I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken by the ongoing corruption and injustice coming out of the Geneva County Courthouse. Despite my repeated attempts to file motions in both juvenile and probate court, I have been continuously blocked at every turn. Both courts have refused to even allow my petitions to be filed — petitions meant to stay the adoption proceedings pending a review for clear civil rights violations in juvenile court.
It is beyond disheartening to witness a system where bias and unethical practices are allowed to persist — where a judge can selectively choose which filings he will permit and which he will suppress, effectively silencing the truth. Because of this, my niece — a child who deserves stability, love, and the chance to grow up surrounded by her biological family — has now been adopted by a three-time convicted drug felon, instead of being raised in a safe home alongside her biological sister and blood relatives who love her deeply.
I am shattered by this outcome, but I will not give up. I refuse to accept that corruption and injustice can override what is right. Even though I don’t know where to turn next or what steps to take from here, I am determined to keep fighting — fighting for my niece, fighting for justice, and fighting for what is fair and true.
