This was so easy and such a hit! Press 16 oz of premade cookie dough into the base of a greased springform pan. Add sprinkles and then bake it for about 14 minutes. After it cooled I spread vanilla buttercream on top and more sprinkles. Recipe below! For the frosting: 1 stick of salted butter
