Hey there! I just downloaded this app a couple of days ago and I’m so excited to be here!
My name is Beth and I’m so excited to make new friends here!
Let’s start with why I’m here:
I’m a book lover and while I absolutely love my bookstagram account I find myself trying to stay on top of trends and keeping an aesthetically pleasing grid. Don’t get me wrong I will always be thankful for the opportunities that bookstagram has given me, and I’m not going anywhere from there, but I’m looking for a space where I can just post, make friends, and have people engaging that want to be here and not because of engagement groups.
I also live finances and budgeting. I’ve gotten away from it this year but have so many goals for 2025 that I can’t wait to start again. I don’t want to run two accounts for the two things I love.
So in the end I plan to use this time platform to share the two things I love. I plan to keep it like a diary/ progress tracker of what I’m reading, what my book reviews are, what my financial goals are, what budgeting challenges I’m doing, and just hoping to find some people to connect with or help along the way.
When it comes to reading:
I’m a dark romance and fantasy reader. I like my books spicy, but I do enjoy them more when they have plot.

Outside of reading:
I love going to hockey games, and I’m a fan of the Seattle Krakens.
When I’m not reading I love to play the Sims. I have a whole $5,000 gaming set up just to play it. Am I basic? 🤔🤷♀️
If I’m having a bad day a Chai Latte is bound to cheer me up. Or you know… A Disney Vacation.
