Ricotta Frosting:

✔️ ⅓ cup ricotta

✔️ 4 oz cream cheese

✔️ ½ cup heavy cream

✔️ 2 cups powdered sugar

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla

✔️ 1 tsp orange zest (optional)

✔️ 1 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

1️⃣ Prep 2 cake pans with parchment & spray.

2️⃣ Cream butter & sugar, then mix in eggs + vanilla.

3️⃣ Alternate adding flour mix & buttermilk.
