Turkish Eggs

Creamy garlicky yogurt, silky poached eggs, and spicy chili butter... all served with crusty bread for dipping. It's rich, bold, and ready in minutes! 💥🌿

✅ Ingredients (Serves 2):

* 4 eggs

* 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

* 1 garlic clove, finely minced

* 1–2 tsp lemon juice

* Salt & pepper, to taste

* 2 Tbsp butter

* ½ tsp paprika

* ¼ tsp Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes

* Splash of vinegar (for poaching)

* Fresh dill (or mint/parsley)

* Warm pita or toasted baguette

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make Yogurt Base: Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Spread into 2 shallow bowls.

2. Chili Butter: Melt butter; stir in paprika & red pepper. Sizzle for a few seconds. Set aside.

3. Poach Eggs: Simmer water with vinegar. Crack egg into a measuring cup and gently lower into water. Poach 3–5 mins.

4. Assemble: Top yogurt with poached eggs. Drizzle chili butter over eggs. Garnish with herbs.

5. Serve with warm pita or toasted bread. Dip and devour! 🤤

I Finally Tried Making Turkish Pasta
