These bars ruined regular s’mores for me!

Golden, gooey, and loaded with melty chocolate—these cookie bars are what campfire dreams are really made of. 🍫✨

🍪 S’mores Cookie Bars

✅ You’ll Need:

* 2 cups all-purpose flour

* 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 16 crackers)

* 1 tsp baking powder

* ¼ tsp salt

* 1 cup butter (softened)

* 1½ cups light brown sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 2 eggs

* 7 oz marshmallow crème

* 3 Hershey’s bars (or 2½ cups chocolate chips)

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×13” pan.

2. Mix flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, cream butter + sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

4. Combine dry ingredients into wet and mix.

5. Press half the dough into pan. Spread marshmallow crème on top.

6. Layer chocolate, then dot with remaining dough and flatten gently.

7. Bake 28–32 min until golden. Cool completely before cutting.
