🍌 Best Ever Peanut Butter Banana Bread!

✅ Key Ingredients

▢ 4 large ripe bananas (about 1⅓ cups, mashed)

▢ ½ cup creamy peanut butter

▢ 2 large eggs

▢ 3 Tbsp milk (any kind)

▢ 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

▢ 3 Tbsp light brown sugar

▢ 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

▢ 1 tsp ground cinnamon

▢ 1 tsp baking powder

▢ 1 tsp baking soda

▢ ½ tsp kosher salt

▢ 1½ cups all-purpose flour

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. Prep: Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment (optional but helpful).

2. Mix Wet Ingredients: Mash bananas in a bowl. Add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, sugars, and cinnamon. Stir well.

3. Add Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into banana mixture until just combined.
