ในทริปที่ SAPA เวียดนาม ครั้งนี้ก็ได้ลองชิมอาหารหลากหลายเมนูที่ขึ้นชื่อจนอยากมาแนะนำให้เพื่อนๆได้รู้จักกันจริงๆ อย่างแรกที่ประทับใจคือร้านไก่ดำฝักทอง nhà hàng ô quý hồ ที่ไก่นุ่มมากและให้ฝักทองมาเต็มลูกหวานกลมกล่อม บอกเลยว่าน้ำจิ้มทั้งพริก เกลือและมะนาวช่วยชูรสได้ถึงใจมาก โดยส่วนตัวชอบการกินแบบจัดเต็ม ได้สัมผัสรสชาติของทั้งไก่และฟักทองพร้อมกันทำให้รู้สึกคุ้มค่ามากจริงๆ ต่อมากับ Quán Bún chả Nga Cảnh ซึ่งตอนแรกก็คิดว่าเป็นร้านเฝอ แต่แท้จริงคือบุ๋นจ๋า รสชาติออกกลมกล่อมเผ็ดนิดๆ ยิ่งบีบมะนาวเพิ่มความเปรี้ยวและทานคู่กับหมูย่างเค็มหน่อยๆ อร่อยลืม รู้สึกว่าหมูเด้ง เต้าหู้เผ็ด และหมูยอในชามทำให้ได้มิติรสชาติที่เยอะขึ้นอีกระดับ ใครไป SAPA ต้องไม่พลาดร้านนี้เลย สำหรับคนไม่ชอบน้ำซุปหวานมากอย่างเรา ร้านชาบูแซลม่อน hotpot center อาจจะไม่ใช่ตัวเลือกที่กลับไปทานซ้ำ เพราะน้ำซุปหวานและเนื้อแซลม่อนมีก้างเยอะ แต่ก็ชอบมาม่าที่มากับเซตที่รสชาติดี ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ควรลองแม้ว่าจะไม่ใช่เมนูโปรดก็ตาม เวลาที่เดินเล่นเจอพิซซ่าเวียดนามในซอยเล็กๆ ชอบแผ่นแป้งกรอบที่ย่างมากำลังดี ไข่ ไส้กรอก ข้าวโพดและหอมเจียวโรยหน้าช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติแบบกินเพลินๆ มีความแปลกใหม่แต่ก็ไม่เลี่ยน ถือเป็นของทานเล่นที่น่าสนใจมาก สุดท้ายที่ไม่ควรพลาดคือร้านกาแฟ Cong Ca Phe สองชั้นที่คนเยอะตลอด กาแฟมะพร้าวนัวๆ กลิ่นหอมกะทิ และโกโก้ร้อนที่ประดับด้วยชินาม่อนทำให้รสชาติพิเศษขึ้น ถึงจะไม่ว้าวมากแต่ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งลิสต์ที่ควรแวะ เวลาพักผ่อนลองชิลๆ ชิมเครื่องดื่มท้องถิ่นแบบนี้ก็น่าสนุกดี สรุปว่า SAPA เวียดนามเต็มไปด้วยร้านอาหารหลากหลายรสชาติที่มีทั้งเมนูเด็ดและของกินเล่นน่าสนใจหลายอย่าง เหมือนเปิดประตูสู่ประสบการณ์อาหารเวียดนามแท้ๆ ที่น่าจดจำและอยากกลับไปซ้ำซากันอีกครั้งแน่นอน
