Moreover, part of the healing process often involves releasing relationships that no longer serve us, even if we still hold affection for those individuals. It's about doing the hard, often 'boring' work that nobody else sees, like establishing boundaries or tackling personal challenges head-on. Embracing the realities of healing can lead us to deeper growth and resilience. In this light, it’s important to remember that although the journey may not be beautiful, it is certainly worthwhile and transformative.
