🔺 The Knowledge Triangle - The Heart to "Wisdom"

Have you ever wondered how the information we receive each day becomes true knowledge and wisdom?

The "pyramid of learning," or Knowledge Triangle, from Allen Kentro's ideas, will help us understand this process more easily.

This pyramid divides learning into four levels, from base to top:

1.Data: This is the widest part. It's just raw facts, numbers, or symbols that don't have meaning in themselves, like daily sales figures.

2. Information: When we organize, connect, and contextualize information, it becomes a message, such as when we sort daily sales according to each type of product, showing which products are best-selling.

3. Knowledge: is to bring the message to analyze, interpret, and understand in depth to see the pattern, trend, or cause of the result. For example, when we analyze the sales data and find that Product A is selling well because we promote the target audience.

4. Wisdom: is the peak of the pyramid. It is the ability to apply the acquired knowledge to make decisions, predict, or create new things using experience and judgment. For example, from the knowledge we have, we can plan new promotions that will increase sales of other products in the future.

Why is it important?

This pyramid teaches us that learning does not stop just from receiving information, but from moderating and processing to a higher level - intelligence, which helps us make better decisions and grow sustainably in all aspects of life.
