Ensuring you are well-rested and eating properly can aid physical recovery, which in turn supports your concentration and productivity. Employers should be aware that a detention period can impact an employee’s mental state and performance temporarily. Open communication and support from the workplace can make a significant difference in easing the transition back to normal work life. Overall, while the experience is challenging, with appropriate self-care and support systems in place, it is possible to bounce back and continue your professional responsibilities effectively.
