Stepping Into My Power

There was a time when I didn’t speak up in meetings.

When I didn’t share my ideas online.

When I’d lower my tone, shrink my confidence, and convince myself I wasn’t ready yet.

I was afraid of being judged of standing out too much of failing in public.

But something shifted.

One day, I saw someone get praised for an idea I had but didn’t share.

That moment hit me hard.

It wasn’t about them it was about me playing small.

I realized I could either keep hiding or step into what I was created for.

Now, I choose to take the risk.

To show up scared.

To stop second-guessing and start moving.
